Ujima: "To build and maintain our community together and to make our Brother's and sister's problems, our problems and to solve them together."

ABOUT US
CWF mission is to combat problems of urban blight that cannot be addressed through private or governmental means. Since no problems of any real magnitude can or should be solved by a singular interest, CWF is therefore an organization founded for the purpose of reducing large community problems into smaller, more manageable projects and effecting their solutions together. OUR STORY

Restoring our city, together
Welcome to The Collective Work Foundation! We're here to assist, just as we always have been.

Our mission is to empower communities through collaboration and innovation, and right now, our focus is on the Fountain Park community in St. Louis. This historic neighborhood recently experienced the devastating impact of an E3 tornado, which severely damaged a significant portion of its homes.

We're committed to aiding in Fountain Park's restoration, working alongside residents to rebuild and renew. Explore our initiatives to see how we're making a difference, and discover how you can get involved in this vital effort. Together, we can help Fountain Park heal and thrive once more.
We may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now.
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
CREDO
The Collective Work Foundation encourages personal evaluation and accountability as it relates to the common good of the family and community. Without collective work and purposeful action, progress is impossible. Hence the family and the community must accept the reality that we are collectively responsible for our failures as well as our victories and achievements.
DONATE
Play a small role in a large goal!
We believe that whatever way you choose to help your community is probably the right way. The Collective Work Foundation is just one of the many organizations doing great work in measurable ways. Just like we don't have a monopoly on helping, we don't expect any one source to be an absolute solution to any problem. So whether you are donating, volunteering, or just giving moral support, you can rest assured knowing that your contribution is going towards affecting real-life solutions in struggling communities that you can visit and see for yourself.
